I am a secular-based counselor and have been supporting individuals in exploring their gender and sexual identities for over 10 years. I am openly Athiest and do not believe there is one “right” way to live your life. We are all individuals and have the right to live and express ourselves in a way that feels right to us regardless of others’ expectations or beliefs. I help clients shed old, unhealthy belief systems that are holding them back from living their lives fully.
My approach is direct and I do give a lot of feedback on what I am hearing to help you move forward.
My specialties include exploring identity, navigating relationships and changing dynamics, exploring poly/open relationships, and setting boundaries/better communication.
I am a member of and have received numerous trainings from the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) and The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH).
I also write free letters supporting those seeking gender-affirming surgery or care.
