By integrating existentialism with CBT/DBT and Acceptance & Commitment Therapies, we will work together to navigate your goal of living more authentically and feeling grounded in who you are.
With my strong foundation in psychology, we will understand and shift thought patterns, break unhelpful cycles, and manage stress in healthier, more effective ways. Together, we’ll build coping skills, work through complex emotions, and cultivate self-acceptance and psychological flexibility to help you move through life with resilience.
My approach is client-centered and culturally sensitive, with a focus on building a collaborative relationship where your voice and values guide the work we do together. You will take the lead in shaping how therapy works for you, and together, we can create space for healing, clarity, and growth.
