I am a licensed Physical Therapist and working toward my certification in pelvic physical therapy. I have taken continuing education training to understand how the pelvic floor is an integral role in the balance and stability of our body. As a PT specializing in pelvic health, I have a deeper understanding of how the muscles of your pelvis function to support sexual, urinary, and bowel health. I have experience working with patients who are undergoing hormone therapies, have had mastectomy or augmentation, vaginoplasty, urinary and fecal incontinence, vaginismus, dyspareunia, and other conditions related to the pelvis. I provide a safe and private treatment space for patients that allows for unfiltered communication and guidance through exercises without the open gym setting of typical clinics. I work hard to understand my patients, listen to their history, and collaborate on how we can make them not only feel better but function better throughout their daily life.
