Sarah uses a client-led, collaborative, and relational approach to therapy; they are sex-positive, kink allied, and affirm non-monogamous relationships. They utilize various techniques and modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
