I have taken multiple continuing education courses in providing a safe and affirming environment, addressing health disparities unique to the LGBTQ+ population, and in letter writing for insurance coverage of gender-affirming treatments and surgeries. I am continuing my education in order to be able to provider gender-affirming medications to my patients, as well.
