Hello! I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing virtual psychiatric care and thoughtful medication management across Florida. My path to becoming a psychiatric provider was heavily shaped by my time serving as a COVID-ICU travel nurse and hospital recovery coordinator. Working in high-acuity environments laid bare the profound, systemic shortage of accessible mental health prescribers. But when I sought help for myself during that intense period, I faced an additional barrier: it was nearly impossible to find a provider who shared my lived experience or identified within the LGBTQ+ community.

That gap inspired me to advance my education and launch an independent practice specifically built to be the safe haven I needed back then. I am deeply committed to providing an affirming, inclusive clinical home for queer folks, marginalized communities, neurodivergent adults, and women navigating complex mood and life transitions.
