My name is Shelly (she/her) and I have been a therapist for 10+ years. I am an ally and welcome everyone in the therapy space to come as they are! I enjoy working with teens and young adults who are often exploring their gender identity, sexual orientation, and navigating first steps of the coming out process. I support individuals with a variety of common and more complex mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma (physical, sexual, and other), ADHD, OCD, ASD, suicidality, and self-harm. I am trained in EMDR, TF-CBT, and IFS (Level 1). I primarily provide school-based therapy for grades K-12 but also take a small number of clients outside of this.
