I offer Denver-based psychotherapy for anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing in women and queer people ages 18-35. I draw from several modalities, including ACT, EMDR, DBT, and mindfulness. Therapy depends on us developing a safe relationship from which we can explore your feelings and concerns. In our therapy sessions, you can expect compassion as well as a focus on practical skills on how to relate differently to the stress and loss in your life. Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Together, we can untangle old narratives, identify the things that aren’t working in your life, and develop new coping methods that work for you. I practice from an antiracist, queer-affirming, feminist perspective. I am passionate about disability justice and Health at Every Size (HAES). I accept United and Aetna insurances for clients located in Colorado and Michigan. I offer both in person and virtual therapy; in person sessions are located in Denver. Feel free to reach out to me via email to determine if we may be a good fit! Availability for new clients is currently limited to daytime hours, 9am – 4pm MST.
