From an early age, I’ve been drawn to social justice and a desire to support those around me. As a co-creator of therapeutic space, I’ve also taken the time to identify the parts of myself that are important to bring into the space: the parts of me that make me who I am and make me the clinician I needed as a child. Before I was a clinician, I was a young queer neurodivergent child who needed someone who saw, loved, and cared for their full being without judgment. It is no mistake or pure coincidence that I have organized, worked with, and provided services to those who shared identities similar to mine.
