Dr. Altepeter practices Obesity Medicine in Silver Spring, MD. She is triple-board certified in Obesity Medicine, Pediatrics, and Pediatric Gastroenterology. In her solo-practice, she treats children, teens, and adults who are living with the chronic disease of obesity and are seeking compassionate and evidence-based care to lose weight and improve metabolic health. She is proud to provide a welcoming, inclusive environment for all patients.
Dr. Altepeter uses FDA-approved weight loss medications (when desired) as part of a holistic approach to weight management.
