I am a neurodivergent-affirming therapist with a national LGBTQ+ certification through OutCare Health, and providing affirming, knowledgeable care to LGBTQ+ clients is central to my practice — not an afterthought.
Many of my LGBTQ+ clients are also neurodivergent, and I understand how those identities intersect in ways that traditional therapy often misses entirely. The experience of masking — whether around gender, sexuality, neurotype, or all three — creates a particular kind of exhaustion and self-doubt that I am specifically trained and genuinely committed to working with.
You won’t spend our sessions educating me on the basics. You won’t be met with careful neutrality or well-meaning confusion. I completed OutCare Health’s National LGBTQ+ Curriculum and actively seek ongoing education in affirming care because I believe LGBTQ+ clients deserve therapists who show up fully prepared.
I work with LGBTQ+ individuals of all ages — children age 5 through adults — as well as families and parents navigating questions of identity and acceptance. I also have particular experience supporting LGBTQ+ individuals within military contexts, where the intersection of queer identity and military culture creates its own unique and complex challenges.
I am currently completing EMDR training and draw from CBT, parts work, mindfulness, and attachment-based approaches — always tailoring care to the whole person in front of me.
Outside of therapy, I prioritize my connection with nature through art, camping, walks, and visiting parks with my son and husband. I also enjoy recharging by meditating, writing, and watching my favorite shows.
