True U Clinic is a telehealth practice founded and led by a nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience providing gender-affirming and LGBTQ+-inclusive care. Our mission is simple but profound: to make high-quality, affirming healthcare accessible, respectful, and rooted in dignity—no matter where you live.

We proudly serve trans, nonbinary, gender-diverse, and LGBQ+ individuals across more than 25 states, with a specific focus on hormone therapy, puberty blockers, and sexual health care tailored to the needs of our communities. We are committed to centering lived experience, informed consent, and harm reduction in every interaction.

Our providers bring a wealth of experience in LGBTQ+ health and advocacy, including prior work at community health organizations known for their commitment to queer and trans health. We actively invest in ongoing LGBTQ+ education and are trained in WPATH Standards of Care, informed consent models, and trauma-informed approaches.

We also support care for trans youth (where legally permitted), recognizing the urgency and vulnerability of this moment in healthcare. In response to state-level policy changes, True U has expanded access quickly and thoughtfully—ensuring continuity of care, especially for patients affected by institutional closures or shifting legislation.
