As a psychotherapist (MHC-LP) practicing in New York City, my work is grounded in a deeply affirming, intersectional, and trauma-informed perspective. My clinical lens is shaped by working with diverse communities, including LGBTQ+ individuals navigating identity, family dynamics, migration, discrimination, and complex life transitions. I continuously pursue LGBTQ+-focused continuing education—particularly in the areas of minority stress, gender-affirming care, trauma, and relational resilience—and integrate these frameworks into every aspect of treatment. My approach centers on creating a therapeutic space where clients’ identities are honored without question, where empathy replaces judgment, and where each person’s lived experience becomes a source of insight, dignity, and possibility.
My practice is guided by the mission of helping clients build lives that feel freer, more grounded, and more aligned with their values. I work with adults, young adults, and older adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, relationship challenges, immigration stressors, and major transitions. Whether in weekly therapy or specialized longer-term work, the goal is always to support clients in strengthening self-trust, expanding emotional capacity, and fostering meaningful change. At its core, the practice values respect, autonomy, and collaboration; it is intentionally welcoming to LGBTQ+ individuals and strives to provide care that is both clinically rigorous and genuinely compassionate.
