Hello! I pursued a career in therapy to offer support and a safe, therapeutic space for the queer community because it was something I would have liked to have had as a young person growing up. I enjoy working with teens and adults dealing with issues of acceptance, interpersonal conflict, chronic mental illness, and life transitions. I also enjoy working with parents who are seeking to repair their relationship with a LGBTQ+ child. If you’re looking for unconditional positive regard balanced with healthy accountability (and some humor for good measure), I’d love to work with you.

Using concepts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I can help equip you with the skills to have more control over your thoughts and emotions and find more joy in your life.
