I am honored to support adults in the LGBTQ+ community by creating a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space to heal and grow. My approach is warm and collaborative, drawing from EMDR, emotionally focused therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and strength-based perspectives. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, deepen your ability to stay grounded in the present, and build on your existing strengths to move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
My background in palliative and end-of-life care has given me a deep understanding of grief, loss, and the search for meaning during life’s hardest moments. Whether you are seeking relief from overwhelming emotions, processing trauma, or finding your way through transitions in identity or relationships, I’m here to support you at your own pace.
