
I am a New York-based mental health counselor providing warm, affirming, and culturally responsive therapy for adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and supported as their full selves.
I am committed to LGBTQ+ affirming care and welcome clients exploring identity, belonging, family dynamics, shame, cultural expectations, and the impact of stigma or marginalization. My work integrates relational, person-centered, and evidence-based approaches including CBT, mindfulness, attachment-informed therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and emotion-focused therapy, with the goal of helping clients build self-understanding, emotional clarity, and a stronger sense of agency.
