* Experienced caregiver providing supportive, person-centered care in home and community settings
* Strong understanding of LGBTQ+ cultural competency and affirming communication practices
* Trained in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal care, mobility support, hygiene, and companionship
* Committed to maintaining client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
* Skilled in building trust-based relationships with clients of diverse backgrounds and needs
* CPR/First Aid certified
* Dedicated to ongoing learning in inclusive healthcare practices and trauma-informed care
