I specialize in working with survivors of complex trauma—including childhood emotional neglect and abuse, family enmeshment, sexual violence, and systemic oppression. My clients often experience emotional flashbacks, chronic shame, people-pleasing, dissociation, hypervigilance, and fears of abandonment and intimacy. They’re seeking safety in their bodies, clarity in their boundaries, and a sense of wholeness. For couples navigating trauma together, I offer support to rebuild connection and shift out of survival-driven patterns. As a queer/lesbian therapist, I hold an affirming, anti-oppressive lens and center your full identity.
I weave together a blend of EMDR therapy, parts/Internal Family Systems therapy, and somatic therapy to help you process and rebuild. Our work may include mapping protective parts, noticing body-based cues, and shifting long-held survival strategies. I’ll support you in cultivating self-trust, nervous system resilience, and in developing a sense of self.
You deserve more than just survival. You deserve space to exhale, be witnessed, and remember who you are beneath the defenses. Together, we can slow down, reconnect with your body, and move toward a life that feels safe, whole, and truly yours. Whether you’re just beginning to name your trauma or have been unpacking it for years, you’re welcome here.
