I have been working as a therapist for 5+ years and have developed a focus on working with those in the Queer community. This has meant a lot of work with Neurodivergent folks, too!
I take joy in seeing folks work through their journey or being able to be present for tough moments and offer support. I tailor techniques to client’s needs and make use of CBT, DBT, as well as narrative and bodywork related modalities.
In addition to therapy, I also offer gender affirming letters free of charge for those who need them.
