I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), EMDR practitioner, and Life/Career Coach. I have a Masters in Counseling Psychology from St. Mary’s University, and specialized coaching training from the Institute for Life Coach Training, and The Mindfulness Coaching School. I also enjoy integrating nutrition and wellness education into my work with clients.
I enjoy working with individuals and couples. Trained in Gottman Couples Therapy, I provide a trustworthy space for couples to discover a mutual path that is best for them. In addition, I provide a safe space for alternative relationship structures, including co-parenting, blended families, polyamory, open relationships, and kink or BDSM relationships. I also provide life and/or career coaching, including giving assessments such as the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Strong Interest Inventory, and the Clifton Strengths Assessment.
I use an integrative approach in my work with clients, blending cutting edge neuroscience with psychodynamic, cognitive, existential, and mindfulness techniques to help people achieve a deeper, more connected mind, body, and soul. I enjoy helping people find more holistic paths to health and wellness and helping people find their way to deeper and more fulfilling lives.
