I offer in person and virtual therapy for people experiencing grief, chronic illness, depression, and anxiety. My lived experience and professional training inform how I provide affirming, respectful, and person-centered care.
I recognize that the intersecting identities of gender, sexuality, race, neurodivergence, physical ability, culture, and environment impact people’s wounds and their healing. My practice is affirming, respectful, and includes collaborative care grounded in principles of liberation, psychodynamic, and humanistic psychology.
Types of therapy I use are Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Sandtray, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. These techniques support healing by helping you safely feel and express emotions, clarify your needs, and connect to a secure sense of self.
