Hello!
I provide telehealth mental health services to include LGBTQIA+ indentity exploration, transgender exploration and affirming care, alternative relationship exploration (ENM, open, poly, queer platonic, etc…) as well as general life transitions/explorations that dont use your identity as a pathology. I also have a special interest in secular therapy, to include religious deconstruction and trauma. In this growing climate of fear and hate, I strive to be a place of safety and affirmation.
I am a cis gender female, but not really arsed about it, as i dont really feel like anything other than Jan. I am also asexual (but very sex positive) and pan/queer romantic.
