Hello there! My name is Annalise (she/her) and I offer individual therapy for teens and adults. Coming from a person centered lens, I believe that everyone has our own blend of knowledge, values, and forms of resiliency. In our work together, we can explore how to use your own strengths as well as add in a few new ideas to help you reach your personal goals for wellness.
I often work with folks exploring identity, with ADHD, who experience depression, anxiety or shame, and/or who have experienced trauma throughout their lives. Clients have described sessions with me as feeling conversational and curiosity driven.
In therapy, I will support you in exploring how personal, relational, and social narratives may weave together and impact your life. I’ll also support you in finding creative forms of self care, warmly offer perspective shifts, and help you connect with your emotions, needs, and values. I encourage you to bring your whole self to therapy!
