I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, and trauma. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and also pull from other modalities depending on the client in front of me.
