Hello everyone,
I work with adults, who are interested in changing beliefs, behaviors, feelings, or process events. I align with neurodivergent individuals and where issues and concerns that occur along with this experience. I have a direct, relational, and solution focused approach to therapy. I am warm and not punitive. I am a queer, neurodivergent, cis female therapist. I utilize modalities of; Internal Family Systems- informed (IFS-informed), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
