Life can feel heavy when you’re trying to hold it all together. Maybe you’re anxious, grieving, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others. You might be navigating past trauma, questioning your identity, or coping with chronic pain. Whatever brings you here, you deserve a space where you don’t have to filter who you are.
I offer therapy that is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in curiosity and care. My approach draws from systems theory, emotionally-focused therapy, and existentialist frameworks to help you understand your patterns, build self-trust, and create meaningful change. I also incorporate Relational-Cultural Theory (RCT), which emphasizes that our capacity for resilience is strengthened through relationships that cultivate mutual growth. I am dedicated to creating a supportive environment where we can work together to help you feel more connected to yourself and the world around you.
As a queer and trans therapist, I bring lived understanding to this work. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds. Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and compassionately direct. Together, we’ll work at your pace to find steadiness, healing, and a deeper sense of connection.
