I’m a MSW candidate at Columbia School of Social Work that self identifies as a BIPOC offering culturally competent therapy. My approach is grounded in a blend of holistic, person-centered, interpersonal, and strength-based methodologies, incorporating CBT, DBT, and MI. My commitment is to help you achieve a sense of balance and harmony both within yourself and in your external life. Together, we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in the context of your environment, relationships, and life circumstances and how that is interwoven with your intersecting identities. My work with the LGBTQ+ community spans across creating support groups for youth and adults, creating safe spaces for them to speak about issues that concerns them.
Through this process, we will work to uncover the patterns that may be holding you back and develop strategies that foster personal growth, resilience, and fulfillment. My goal is to create a space where you feel empowered to embrace positive change and cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and those around you.
Committing to therapy is an amazing step toward self-discovery and growth, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. Let’s start with a complimentary consultation!
