I’m a therapist located in NYC who sees clients in person in Brooklyn and virtually throughout NYS.
As a queer, kinky & poly person, I understand how difficult it can be to find mental health care that truly feels affirming. My work focuses on supporting individuals in non-traditional relationship structures, the LGBTQIA+ community, and those healing from burnout, over-functioning, and disconnection from self. I draw on narrative, existential, and psychodynamic approaches. I also integrate somatic work and parts work/IFS to help clients reconnect with their bodies and inner experiences.
