I’m a therapist-in-training pursuing my M.Ed. in Mental Health Counseling. After years of pushing myself in the corporate world (and burning out in the process), I’ve chosen to step into work that feels more meaningful, embodied, and aligned with my values.
As a queer, kinky & poly person, I understand how difficult it can be to find mental health care that truly feels affirming. My work focuses on supporting individuals in non-traditional relationship structures, the LGBTQIA+ community, and those healing from burnout, over-functioning, and disconnection from self. I draw on narrative, existential, and psychodynamic approaches. I also integrate somatic work to help clients reconnect with their bodies and inner experiences.
I am working under the supervision of Alissa Silverstein, LCSW.
