Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” who you are, but about understanding yourself more fully, building resilience, and creating the life you deserve. My practice is rooted in a social justice, trauma-informed, and trans-allied framework. Systemic oppression is real and those experiencing it deserve to be seen and heard, and empowered and supported in living authentically.
I collaborate with my clients on a tailored approach to meet goals. We’ll draw from a range of modalities based on your needs. As a Creative Arts Therapist, play and art-making will likely be incorporated into sessions, particularly when experiences feel difficult to access with words alone. Creative processes can open pathways for safer and more expansive expressions.
I was raised and continue to live within the queer community and am deeply dedicated to serving the community with my professional experience. I celebrate queer/trans identities, and have worked with trans and queer children and teens for years. My clients express feeling supported and validated through challenges related to living authentically, imposter syndrome, gender dysphoria and stepping towards social/medical transitions. I provide interactive/tangible tools they can practice from our first session.
