My name is Caylin Cheney and I am a family nurse practitioner with a special focus on gender affirming care and creating a safe environment for anyone in the LGBTQ+ community to discuss and meet their health goals. I have six years of experience prescribing HRT for gender affirming care and also offer referrals for surgical specialists, mental health counselors and letters of support. It has been the absolute highlight of my career to support people in their gender journey.

My practice is rooted in patient autonomy and breaking down barriers to health care access and knowledge. I prefer to partner with people to make the best decisions for them and recognize that any decision about your health and body is ultimately up to you! I practice with a trauma informed, empathetic and evidence based approach.

I also help folks manage chronic conditions like chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders and diabetes (among others!). I offer STD testing and PrEP as well.
