I have a deep commitment to creating lasting, positive change in the lives of those willing to seek it. My greatest joy, and work in life, is aiding others in becoming healthier, more authentic versions of themselves, while encouraging creative and mindful self-awareness and self-compassion.
Social, sexual, gender, neurodiversity, and racial identities are frequent topics for clients in my practice. I identify as a white, pansexual, neurospicy, cis-woman in an ethically non-monogamous same-sex marriage. All of the facets of your identity are safe, affirmed, and celebrated here!
Specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, CPTSD, ADHD, and AuDHD, I work from an Integrative model that allows for flexibility and intuition while being firmly grounded in an orientation that is both evidence-based and innovative (ACT). Especially for the neurodiverse crowd, I help others with ADHD identify their specific executive function challenges, and then we collaborate to develop strategies and techniques for addressing them in all different areas of life, integrating my training as an ADHD Coach with my lived experience as a cis-woman with ADHD.
Clients who seek me out are frequently expressive, creative, outside-the-box thinkers who enjoy approaches that can be tailored to their unique expressions and challenges, whatever they may be. A significant portion of my caseload also happens to be members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. A coincidence? I think not!
Our work will be a collaborative, dynamic process that we shape together in the safe container that I will hold for you as your therapist. I look forward to collaborating with you, and to sharing this journey together!
