Hello! I’m Constance. My approach is collaborative and trauma competent. As a queer and neurodivergent social worker with lived experience to spare, I am attentive to how systems impact our access to safety and resources. I strive to practice in ways that move beyond stigmatizing models of care and honor that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I prefer to blend approaches, such as EMDR, IFS, Expressive Arts, ACT, Relational Therapy, Sensorimotor, and Psychoeducation.
I practice non-carcerally and value harm reduction because the systems in which we live, work, and love perpetuate and encourage cycles of violence. I particularly attune to complex inner worlds affected by prolonged wounding, AuDHD, Autism, and ADHD.
I have several advanced trainings in EMDR, including 3 Levels of IFS-Informed EMDR with the Syzygy Institute, Avoidance in EMDR Therapy with EMDR Consulting, am currently working toward EMDR certification, and am completing the final iteration of the Advanced Certificate in Dissociation Studies for EMDR Therapists with the Institute for Creative Mindfulness.
If you’re looking for deeper exploration into patterned responses and inner conflict or any of this resonates with you, we may be a great match! Please see my website for more information.
