Dr. Cruz Orona is a chiropractor with a strong focus on exercise rehabilitation and movement analysis. He graduated from Parker University in Dallas, Texas, where he developed a deep interest in how exercise therapy can improve or prevent many conditions commonly diagnosed and treated by chiropractors.
Dr. Cruz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas. Before pursuing his chiropractic degree, he worked for eight years as a paramedic in Arlington’s 911 system and in the emergency room at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Irving. During this time, he became increasingly aware of the many preventable diseases and conditions he encountered. Initially intending to pursue a career in medical school, he realized that his true passion was in helping people prevent these health issues through lifestyle modifications rather than simply treating them once they became problems. This shift in mindset led him to chiropractic care, where he could focus on promoting wellness, not just treating illness.
Dr. Cruz’s mission is to help individuals regain control over their health by overcoming pain and discomfort, particularly those associated with movement and daily activities. His goal is to empower people to live pain-free and enjoy the things they love without limitations.
