Damien Center is a Community Clinic Providing Medical Services in Indianapolis
Damien Center is a community health center that provides healthcare for all. We are proud to offer high-quality services to all of our patients, including those living with HIV, the LGBTQ+ community, and their allies. We operate on a sliding fee scale and offer discounts for services based on family size and income. Our clinic sees adults and adolescents ages 16 and 17 with parental consent.

At the Damien Center clinic, we focus on patients as individuals. Our clinic provides HIV services with a focus on primary and high-risk HIV-negative care. The clinic also provides patients with a medical case manager, mental health and substance abuse counseling services, and access to Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) for those at substantial risk for contracting HIV.

Mental Health & Substance Use Services Designed for You
Our team of dedicated, trained, and licensed therapists have a wealth of experience and training to support our clients in achieving their overall wellness goals. Damien Center also offers psychiatric care to our clients who are enrolled in mental health services.

Damien Center clients can access mental health services by contacting their Care Coordinator, PrEP Navigator, or medical provider. Clients who receive HIV care through another AIDS Service Organization can also access mental health services at Damien Center by speaking with their Care Coordinator.

Damien Pharmacy
Damien Pharmacy is a full-service retail pharmacy serving those living with HIV and those at risk for HIV regardless of where they receive their medical care as well as primary care patients of Damien Center clinic. We seek to reduce barriers to accessing your medication. The pharmacy team provides comprehensive, patient-centered care helping you to thrive. Our expert pharmacists are available to meet your medication needs from HIV care, HIV prevention and all medical services offered at Damien Center. The team will work closely with your providers to ensure that your medication needs are met. Damien Pharmacy also offers many other services for your convenience.
