I truly believe in the healing that results from having a trusting and nurturing space to explore insights, desires, strengths, and challenges. My practice is anti-oppressive, consent-oriented, and trauma-informed. I am LGBTQIA+ and non-monogamy affirming, and have experience in helping individuals through the coming out process. During sessions, I primarily draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), a non-pathologizing approach to understanding symptoms and processing trauma that offers deeper healing at an attuned pace. As an IFS-Trained therapist in the LGBTQIA+ community, I focus on providing IFS through a queer lens.
I understand people within their broader societal contexts, and I aim to provide therapy through an anti-oppressive framework. My priority is to create a safe and nurturing space for you to explore your insights, desires, strengths, and challenges. I believe all relationships can benefit from conscious efforts to unpack societal scripts, and that through this work, we can access more authentic and fulfilling connections. This perspective has informed my work with partnered and non-partnered individuals who are exploring polyamory and non-monogamy.
