I believe therapy starts with getting to know you. I work with adults who may be struggling with difficult relationships, questions about identity, anxiety, depression, or patterns that keep repeating in their lives.
You may have spent a lot of time trying to understand yourself. You may have even been in therapy before, learned new ways of coping, or gained insight into your past, but still find yourself struggling with the same feelings, relationships, or patterns.
My goal is to understand your experience as best I can and learn to see the world through your eyes. Together, we’ll explore the experiences and relationships that have shaped you and make space for the things that may be difficult to talk about elsewhere.
My approach is rooted in modern psychoanalytic psychotherapy, and I have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ and questioning adults. I offer in-person therapy in Brookline, Massachusetts, as well as telehealth for adults located in Massachusetts.
