I am a physician with nearly 30 years of experience specializing in transgender health, gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT), and LGBTQ+ care. I have worked with thousands of transgender, non-binary, and gender-diverse patients since the 1990s, providing individualized, evidence-based care.
I practice using an informed consent model and tailor treatment to each patient’s goals — including full transition, non-binary hormone use, or supportive care without hormones. My clinical services include hormone therapy (estrogen and testosterone), puberty blockers, hormone optimization, sexual health and PrEP, fertility counseling, menopause care, and management of hormone-related side effects.
My approach is grounded in respect, autonomy, and creating a calm, affirming environment — especially for patients who have had difficult prior healthcare experiences. I stay current with guidelines from World Professional Association for Transgender Health and the Endocrine Society, while drawing on decades of real-world clinical experience.
