I am a licensed master of social work with a wide range of experience. I am trained in multiple, evidence-based therapeutic techniques; EMDR (for traumatic events), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT) for complex trauma among veterans and first responders and Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT)
