I cherish working with 2SLGBTQ+ adolescents and adults and with Queer & Trans People of Color (QTPOC). When traditional therapy (CBT) has had little results, developing a compassionate relationship with your mind and body might be the missing piece. I specialize in trauma-informed, somatic approaches to help build resilience and restore balance for those struggling with ADHD, anxiety, autism, grief, OCD, perfectionism, self-esteem, shame, stress, relationships, and trauma.
