Ferrell holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She brings experience in a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including mindfulness techniques, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and somatic techniques, with formal training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
Using a person-centered, relational approach, Ferrell emphasizes your individuality and is committed to meeting you exactly where you are in your journey. She is passionate about supporting clients going through life transitions, experiencing peer issues, those experiencing anxiety and/or depression, those facing attachment challenges, and those seeking to form new patterns of thought and behavior. Ferrell enjoys working with diverse populations, including the LGBT+ community, adolescents (16+), and young adults.
Ferrell has availability M-F and offers telehealth and in-person sessions.
