I am a physician in the Division of General Gynecology and Obstetrics at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. I earned my medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, where I also completed a certificate in Health Equity. I completed residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at George Washington University.
My clinical interests include general obstetrics, gynecology and gender affirming care. During residency, I sought specific training on feminizing and masculinizing gender affirming hormone therapy, gender affirming gynecologic surgery and basic vaginoplasty postoperative care.
My research interests include cervical dysplasia, specifically the impact of androgen (testosterone) therapy on HPV persistence and degree of cellular dysplasia. I also have interests in telehealth access patient engagement strategies for underserved populations.
When I am not at work, you can find me outside with my partner! We both enjoy hiking and exploring nature!
