Hi, I’m Jeff — founder of Severance Psychotherapy. I’m a Texas-based psychotherapist licensed in 23 states, an LCDC, and a Certified Sex Therapist (CST). I specialize in helping folks navigate addiction, manage ADHD, and explore sexuality in a way that feels safe, affirming, and connected — whether you’re flying solo or in a relationship.

I work with individuals and couples in all types of relationships, including monogamous, consensual non-monogamous (CNM), and polyamorous dynamics. At Severance, our clinicians bring a variety of lived experiences and specialties to meet you where you are.
