Let’s unmask!
I’m a queer, gender nonconforming, AuDHD goblin of a therapist who doesn’t take themselves too seriously. Clients trust me because I am honest with them. Emotions are tricky little goobers that don’t always feel good– we can work to identify and process them to shorten the length of time you may feel stuck in them. I work with individuals who are neurodivergent, members of the LBGTQ+ community, quarter-life navigators, artists/creatives, new to therapy clients, couples, and individuals navigating chronic illness. My experience ranges from improvisational comedy to addiction to questioning/deconstructing religion.
Rooted in queer theory and a narrative therapy approach, I specialize in working with adjustment disorder, attachment issues, anxiety, chronic illness, coming out, complex PTSD, depression, family conflict, gender identity, neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, highly sensitive persons, OCD, ND questioning, self-diagnosed), interpersonal relationships, and religious trauma.
I specialize in working with clients who are neurodivergent, queer, and allied individuals who want to focus on unmasking, embracing their authentic identity, and (re)writing their own story. Some of the specific topics I specialize in helping clients with are: exploring their neurodivergence, processing a diagnosis, coming out, gender identity, navigating relationship dynamics (including family, friendships, monogamy and polyamory), processing religious trauma, and relationship with self.
By providing a safe and stigma-free environment for you to get to know yourself better, we can discuss life’s big and deep questions. Therapy with me is having an authentic, informal dialogue that ends up being therapy.
I am a wife, puppy mom, autistic, ADHD-haver, goofball, and a daughter to dead parents.
My special interests include: musical theater, sporadic fitness, pop culture rabbit holes, psychological and pop culture documentaries, and random art projects.
