I specialize in trauma work using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) — both are evidence-based approaches designed to support you in understanding your trauma, reclaiming your narrative, and reducing the intensity of triggers, shame, and negative beliefs.
I practice through an intersectional lens. That means I care about how identity, trauma, oppression, and mental health overlap — and I never ask clients to leave parts of themselves at the door.
I do clinical work grounded in ethics, science, and experience. I am also real: I wear ripped jeans, I make pop culture references, and I don’t pretend to have it all together.
My style is validating, direct, and collaborative. Clients have told me they appreciate my energy, humor, and ability to “get to the root of it.” I create a space where being honest (and even messy!) feels safe.
My practice is social justice-oriented, neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQIA2S+/queer-affirming.
