I am a queer-identified psychotherapist and coach with a clinical focus on LGBTQ+ issues and am a nationally certified LGBTQ+ business enterprise by the NGLCC. I’m licensed in Pennsylvania and able to provide telehealth services in Delaware and Vermont. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space, and have an eclectic, integrative style. I serve a diverse clientele, take a holistic view building upon inherent strengths, and develop a collaborative relationship to guide the process. I work really well with creatives, empaths, and entrepreneurs; high-achieving goal-getters, and those in creative or ‘helping’ professions like education or healthcare. I also offer clinical supervision, group programs, and host events.
My mission at Intrins Inq is to facilitate intentional healing spaces for authentic, conscious connection with source, self and community, and the integration of accessible solutions for sustainable growth and change. Intrins Inq envisions a queer-affirming culture inclusive of allies, centered on holistic health and creative expression, so we can live more aligned, supported, empowered and inspired.
I launched the first substance abuse intensive outpatient program for a premier LGBTQ+ health center in Philadelphia. While there, I led our participation in the Recovery Walk Philadelphia and organized a National Recovery Month CEU training for healthcare professionals, presenting on ‘LGBTQ+ Identity Development and Substance Abuse’. I’ve also provided LGBTQ+ cultural competency training for other clinicians serving college/university students on the UWill platform and am a beta-tester/early adopter of Violet, an inclusive health equity training resource.
In the past, I have volunteered with GLSEN and Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence to support LGBTQ+ youth in education settings, and am a current member of the Independence Business Alliance and the StartOut Founders Program, both for LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs.
