My aim is to help individuals achieve balanced lives through adaptive coping strategies, emotional acceptance, and the development of healthy relationships.
I tailor my treatment to meet each individual’s needs and utilize strengths-based techniques, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), sex therapy training, exploration of relationship patterns, and empowerment methods.
