With a combination of compassionate support and evidence-based therapies, such as ERP, ACT, and IFS, we can take back your life.
I have practice working with LGBTQ+ individuals navigating the intersection of gender/sexuality and faith. With both personal and professional experience, I can understand how difficult finding a meaningful path can feel. Together, we can find courage in making choices that are important to you. Using mindfulness and body-oriented tools, we can treat trauma, and feel better equipped to take those meaningful risks.
