In order for therapy to work, clients must feel comfortable to be and become exactly who they are with their therapist. My primary goal as a therapist is to create an environment where shame, fear, and isolation are replaced with celebration, exploration, and community. My practice centers around supporting queer-identified young adults and those who have experienced trauma. My career has involved creating affirming and safe therapeutic environments for LGBTQIA+-identified people across a variety of organizations and settings in New York City. I work with individuals and couples in my private practice, and have an LGBTQIA+ Clinical Certificate from the Psychotherapy Center for Gender & Sexuality (PCGS) at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy (ICP).
