My name is Mae (they/them), and I provide individual and family therapy sessions through telehealth for children, adolescents, and adults. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. My goal is to provide an affirming space, especially for transgender, non-binary, gender expansive, and queer/LGBTQIA+ folks.
As a therapist who is white, queer, and trans, I aim to provide therapy services through an anti-oppressive lens. This may include thinking about how systems of power, capitalism, and white supremacy in our society affect your well-being and mental health.
