I am an AMAB agender enby living and practicing in the state of Kansas. I am neurodivergent and enjoy working with families, adolescents, and adults who may have discovered their neurodiversity later in life or may currently be trying to figure out how to work with a family member or friend’s neurodivergence. I also enjoy working with queer clients and offer an understanding and open-mindedness about the experiences that marginalized groups suffer. I think that we only really stop learning when we die, and I bring that approach into the therapy room. In more technical language, I lean heavily into postmodern theories and work hard to find the right approach that will work best for each client. Above all, I work to remind myself and others that it often is not the client who is who is the problem, but moreso the context of our world, society, and the oppressions that each individual faces within systems ranging from our internal thoughts to the wider-reaching community.
